Tour de London

June 29

Woke up to a tasty (and yet interesting) brunch that Ruby whipped up no problem that consisted of corn on the cob and sushi among some other breakfast basics. Got to spend the morning with Laura and Scott before they headed to Exeter for a day with the Rowe's (Scotty's fam). In classic Mat fashion, he pulled out his Dutch jersey, hat and flag and rocked it for the Mexico game (Hup Holland Hup with a late comeback for the win!). I had a Dutch hat and borrowed Andrew's Sneijder jersey which got no lack of comments throughout the day.  We also watched the Costa Rica game where they won in penalty kicks! (they are my underdog team since they kicked Italy out). After the game we headed to Mat's old hood where he took me on a bike tour of the Western campus, Richmond St. for a couple drinks  (Jack’s, Joe Kool’s and Barney’s) and of course....the bone yard.
